Is it important to schedule your meals?

VERY! I really recommend to schedule and prep your meals in advance. 

Being busy forces you to either snack and not have a proper meal or to go for the easiest fast food option. I know I’ve done this! I usually have breakfast at 9am, snack at 11:30 am, lunch at 1pm, snack at 4pm and then dinner at 8:30pm. 

How can you schedule your meals?

If you have prepped or scheduled your meals all you need to do is eat them at the right time.
